The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with high load-bearing capacity and durability.

The project was developed taking into account the resistance to earthquakes of magnitude up to 9 points.

CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

1.    Facade works have been completed.

4.    Welding of metal structures on the 6th floor with additional modifications is being carried out.
